Where It All Began
At Flint Hills Custom Meat, we’re more than just a butcher shop — we’re a family with a passion for quality, community, and good food. With a large family to feed, we realized early on that the best way to provide nourishing meals for our brood was to start our own farm. Thankfully, we had the perfect property for it!
As we worked the land and raised our animals, it became clear that we wanted to share this commitment to high-quality, responsibly raised meats with our neighbors. Why keep this goodness to ourselves when we could extend the same care and nutrition to the community we love?
